A red grape pressed on its skins for the Rosso, a green grape pressed clear for the Bianco. Everything cold, five hundred bottles a year, each made by hand.

Rosso
A fine red grape, hand selected, pressed whole bunch so the skins lend colour but never bitterness. Dark cherry and violet at first, then velvet, then a long quiet finish. Give it ten minutes of air and it opens like a Burgundy.

Bianco
A fine green grape, pressed cold the moment it arrives. Pale gold and perfectly clear: orchard light, white flowers, wet stone. Serve it well chilled, in your best glass.
