The House

A wine house that never made wine.

Lindenaer & Scott began with a contrarian thought: that the most interesting moment in a grape's life is not after fermentation, but just before it. Wine is a transformation. Juice, pressed cold and left clear, is a photograph. It holds the vineyard, the weather, and the exact morning of the harvest.

We work from a historical villa in northern Italy, where Piemonte meets Liguria. The grapes are selected by hand, the press runs cold, and the year's work comes to five hundred bottles. Not one more.

The result pours like water and drinks like wine. No pulp, no cloud, no weight, and still every flavour rings clear. It is served the way wine is served: decanted, chilled to temperature, poured into proper glasses. Ceremony, without alcohol.

Cold is the craft

Pressing, settling, bottling: every step happens cold. It is slower and smaller, and it is why the juice stays exact.

Presentation is respect

The bottle, the label, the pour: every detail treats the juice as seriously as a grand cru. How something is served changes how it is tasted.

Clarity is the proof

No pulp, no cloud. The juice pours like water, sits close to wine, and hides nothing.

Scarcity is honesty

Five hundred bottles a year, each made by hand at the villa. When they are gone, they are gone until the next harvest.
