Every watch leaves Arquata Scrivia tracked and insured for its full value.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, apart from Afghanistan, Belarus, Israel, Myanmar, North Korea, Palestine, Russia, Sudan and Ukraine. Beyond that list, where no carrier will take a tracked and insured parcel to an address, we cannot send one, and checkout will tell you before you pay.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout. The price of the watch includes Italian VAT. Duty and import tax outside the European Union are separate and yours to pay.

When

Thirty days for a watch bought ready made, eight weeks for a commission, unless we agree otherwise when we accept the order. The full wording is in the terms of sale.

How it travels

We use whichever carrier serves the route, so there is no single one. Whoever carries it, the parcel is tracked and insured for its full value, and the tracking reaches you as soon as it ships.

Packing

The watch travels in its wooden box, inside an outer carton.

Outside the European Union

We declare the full value. Duty and import tax are charged to you by your own country on arrival, not by us.

If a parcel goes wrong

Until the watch reaches you it is ours. If it does not arrive, tell us and we will deal with it.

If it arrives damaged, keep the carton and everything in it, and photograph all of it before anything else. The claim is made by the person who received the parcel, because the carrier has to see it, and we will give you whatever they ask of us.

Collection

We do not hand watches over at the atelier. Everything ships.

A watch returned to us, for a withdrawal or for service, goes to Viale Cesare Poggi 1, 15061 Arquata Scrivia (AL), Italy. Write first, so we know it is coming.
