I
An owner sells
They ask us to place it. We put the watch in front of the people on our list, who are the people most likely to want it.
II
It goes over the bench
Every watch we place is serviced by us before the sale, and the service is added to the price. None of ours changes hands unserviced.
III
It carries on
The record moves to the new owner, and what is left of the warranty moves with it.

The register
Every watch is in it under the reference engraved on its caseback, and anyone can look one up. The record shows what a watch is and whether it is registered to an owner. One of ours showing as unregistered is worth asking about before you pay for anything.
It holds no email address. A name appears on it only where that owner asked for it to, and comes off the moment they ask.
